Maintaining and improving the website

We use the data about your visit to our website to be able to show you the website in your preferred language, to analyze which web pages are visited most frequently, and how you arrived at our site (via which other websites). With this data, we can analyze and improve our website in a privacy-friendly manner. We do not place or read any tracking cookies via our website. Contact by phone or email regarding our own services and to send you updates about our products and services

We use your contact details solely to get in touch with you regarding our own products and services. This can be through our website if you sign up for our newsletter or if you contact us via email or phone.

Managing our customer database

We process contact details (company name, contact person name, contact person email address, company address, company VAT number) of our (potential) customers to track and analyze the sales of our products and services.

Regular business operations

We process contact, payment, and communication details of (former) customers for our regular business operations. We send invoices, perform our accounting, and store correspondence with (former) customers on our email server and in online work folders.

Legal bases

For our various processing activities, we use 4 legal bases accepted by the General Data Protection Regulation:

• Consent: for sending the newsletter. We ask you to confirm your consent the first time. This ensures that you agree to receive the newsletter.

• Agreement: when you, as a customer, purchase products and/or services from us or wish to do so. In that case, we necessarily need your personal data in order to be able to serve you.

• Legal obligation: if we receive an order to provide data to a competent authority. In addition, we are also legally obliged (tax law) to retain personal data in our financial administration.

• Legitimate interest: when you have been a customer with us in the past, we retain your contact details for up to two years after the last contact so that we can reach you in the future.

We do not keep your personal data any longer than necessary. How long that is depends on the purpose for which we obtained the data.
