The path to recovery has begun

On Sunday, June 28, Bogaert Transmission was hit by a severe fire. Although the material damage is enormous, we are above all particularly grateful that there were no casualties.

Since the very first hours after the incident, our entire team has been working with great dedication to restore our operations. Our absolute priority is to keep the impact on our customers, suppliers, and partners as limited as possible and to make our services fully operational again as quickly as possible.

Temporary location operational

To be able to continue guaranteeing our services, we have in the meantime found a new base of operations at:

This location is situated close to our original site and will serve as our operational base during the coming period, from which we will continue to support our customers.

Restart in full swing

Behind the scenes, we have been working extremely hard over the past few days to restart our activities. For instance, our secure backups are being used to make our IT systems fully operational again, so that our administrative processes, communication, and services are restored step by step.

In addition, our stock is being rebuilt. In close cooperation with our suppliers, orders are being placed and deliveries organized so that we can supply our customers again as quickly as possible.

Our technical, logistical, and sales teams are also doing everything they can to ensure the continuity of our services. Every day, new steps are being taken towards a full restart.

The many expressions of support, help, and sympathy that we have received over the past few days have touched us deeply. We would like to sincerely thank everyone who has helped us in any way whatsoever. The solidarity of employees, customers, suppliers, partners, neighbors, and emergency services gives us the strength to face this challenge together.
